Helping Schools Address Challenging Behavior & Build Support Strategies
When student behavior becomes complex or difficult to manage, staff need more than general strategies: they need clear, realistic support that works in the classroom (not just on paper) without sacrificing themselves or other students.

You Might Be Here Because
• Staff are struggling to respond consistently to challenging behavior
• A student’s needs are exceeding what typical classroom strategies can support or the interventions, accommodations, and modifications that have already been attempted
• Behavior plans exist…but aren’t being implemented effectively
• There’s uncertainty around how to support specific students
• You want training that’s practical, easy to implement, and simple to track the efficiency of
What This Service Is
School Consultation & Training provides specialized support for educators and teams to better understand student behavior and implement strategies that are realistic, consistent, and effective.
Short-term or ongoing consultation is an option for complex student cases, or in schools with limited need for their own behavior specialist on staff.
We also provide group trainings for staff. Whether an interactive training for a small IEP team or an all-staff lecture-based training, we are ready to provide a thorough but accessible educational experience with materials like slides, handouts, and more for staff to reference later.
We May Work On
• Understanding the function of student behavior
• Common behavior support strategies, as well as what to do if or when these aren’t enough
• Why strategies so far haven’t been working, even if they’ve worked with other students
• Response consistency
• Supporting students with more complex needs
• Problem-solving around specific student cases
